Whilst we welcome all cleaning companies, no matter how small or new they are, we require all our members to be legitimate, fully insured, tax paying organisations. These requirements ensure that our members are differentiated from uninsured, untrustworthy companies, and signifies to the world that members of the DCA are reliable, professional providers that guarantee a high standard of service and excellent customer service.

Our membership is available in two distinct categories: 

Associate Member

As an associate member of the DCA, you’ll have access to a specially curated package designed to support your business growth and boost your profitability. This includes:

Your company has full access to use the DCA logo on your marketing materials, website, and client interactions to demonstrate your high professional standards. You will also receive a DCA Associate Members Certificate, which can be proudly displayed wherever you wish across your business, and your company name will be listed on our website so that potential clients can check you are an insured, reliable member of the DCA. Full Membership

As a Full Member of the DCA, you’ll have access to all the benefits of Associate Membership, with these additional advantages:

You will also be able to post up to 5 recruitment opportunities in our domestic cleaning jobs section and use our HR services and guides to streamline the recruitment and onboarding process.

At the DCA, we work for your benefit and growth and we put your needs at the heart of everything we do. To this end, there is no contract in place to tie you into a membership.
