The DCA will keep a paper copy of my original application for membership and any other documents I have provided for the duration of my membership and for a maximum of three months after I leave the DCA (all paperwork will be stored in a secure area). *

The DCA may pass my business name, telephone number, and email address to authorised organisations who may wish to contact me with a view to using their products / services (your details will never be passed to anyone who is not authorised to offer services to DCA members). *

For the DCA to list my business name on the DCA website (if you do not agree you need to be aware that visitors to the DCA website will not be able to verify your DCA membership status).

The DCA will allocate me an account on the members online closed forum and my name, business name, logo, and email address may be used for this purpose, and that any information I upload to the forum I do so knowing that the DCA uses GDPR compliant hosting, and that the DCA is not responsible for how this information is stored by the host servers. *

Your e-mail address, and telephone number will only be used to send you information in relation to your request to apply for membership, and no details from the form will be passed to anyone else.

Your application form is purely to register your interest in membership and will not be used for any other purpose.

If you decide to continue with your application, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in to further e-mail communication from us, should you wish to do so.

For added security and convenience, when we e-mail you, the e-mail will be sent directly from our domain as @domesticcleaningalliance.co.uk email address.

The contact details you send us will be held by us for up to 12 months and we may contact you at any time during hours within this period to discuss your application.

Prior to your application being accepted, your contact details will never be passed to any 3rd-party.

Once you are enrolled as a member, your contact details will only shared with our preferred suppliers, and only then if you have given your full & prior consent when completing our online GDPR form.

A link to the GDPR form will be sent to you at the final stage of the application process.
